Important Notes
β οΈ Important Considerations:
Filter combinations: All filters work together (AND logic). Selecting multiple filters narrows results further.
Time zone: All date filters use Central Standard Time (CST). Convert times if you're in a different zone.
Real-time updates: The orders list updates in real-time as orders change status.
Export limits: Large exports may take time to process. Consider filtering to smaller date ranges for faster exports.
Troubleshooting
Issue: No Orders Showing After Filtering
Issue: The orders list is empty after applying filters
Cause: Your filter combination may be too restrictive, or no orders match the criteria Solution:
Click "Reset" in the Filters panel to clear all filters
Apply filters one at a time to identify which is causing the empty result
Adjust your filter criteria to be less restrictive
Check the date range - you may be looking at dates with no orders
