Two-factor authentication is a security process that requires two different methods of verifying user's identity before granting access to an online account, system, or application. The 10 Speed TMS has a two-factor authentication feature. Steps on how to manage and use it, will be presented in this article.
Benefits of using 2FA
Two-factor authentication (2FA) enhances security by requiring two methods of verification for account access. It adds an extra layer of protection against password theft, phishing, and unauthorized access. 2FA aids in account recovery, meets compliance requirements, and promotes security awareness. It's effective for securing remote access, sensitive data, and cross-device security, reducing the risk of account takeovers.
