How to set up quickbooks integration

Integration with QuickBooks streamlines the management of expenses. To establish this connection certain credentials: OAuth keys, company ID, and a refresh token, which can be acquired through the Intuit Developer Playground.

Accessing the settings screen

  • To set up the integration, press on the User icon at the top-right of the screen, and select System settings:

  • The settings screen will be presented, select Integrations and press on Quickbooks:

Setting up the integration

  • To get the Quickbooks OAuth keys, company ID, and refresh token, visit the Intuit Developer Playground.

  • When the API token is received from Quickbooks press on Enter API Key:

  • Enter the needed information:

    • OAuth Client ID;

    • OAuth Client Secret;

    • Company ID;

    • Refresh token;

  • When the information is added press on Configure:

  • If the added information is correct and the token is configured, it will be presented as Active in the settings screen:

  • To update the API Key, press on Update to delete it press on X.
