Overview

Analytics brings your revenue, fleet, service and cash numbers together on interactive dashboards. You can change the date range, compare against an earlier period, filter by company, division or customer, and drill into any tile to see the data behind it.

This article covers: Opening Analytics, switching dashboards, changing the period and comparison, filtering, reading tiles, drilling into data and exporting.

Where do I find Analytics?

  • Click Reports in the left navigation menu.

  • Select Analytics. The Company dashboard opens by default.

To make Analytics easier to reach, click the star icon next to Analytics in the menu to add it to your favorites.

Which dashboards are available?

Click the dashboard name at the top of the page (for example, Company) to open the list. Select a dashboard to switch to it.

What does the Company dashboard show?

The Company dashboard puts revenue, fleet, service and cash on one screen:

  • Revenue, Orders, Revenue / loaded mile, Empty mile share and Fuel surcharge — totals for the selected period, with the change against the comparison period and a trend line

  • Seated / Unseated — trucks with and without a driver

  • Pickup on time / Delivery on time — on-time share of stops

  • Open AR / Past due over 30 days — outstanding customer invoices

  • Unbilled revenue / Unbilled over 7 days — delivered orders that haven't been invoiced yet

  • Charts and tables: Delivered revenue by component (linehaul, fuel surcharge, accessorials), On-time share, pickup vs delivery, Customers by revenue, Lanes by miles, Revenue per truck-week, Revenue per loaded mile and Revenue by division and customer over the period

How do I change the date range?

  • Click Period at the top of the dashboard.

  • Select a preset: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Last 12 months, Month to date, Quarter to date, Year to date or All time.

  • For a custom range, enter the From and To dates or pick them on the calendar.

Every tile and chart on the dashboard updates to the new period.

What does Grain mean?

Grain sets how the data is grouped over time in charts: by Day, Week or Month. Leave it on Auto and the grain is chosen from the period length. For example, Last 30 days shows 30 daily bars.

How do I compare with an earlier period?

  • Click Compare.

  • Select Previous period, Previous month, Previous quarter or Previous year. The exact dates are shown next to each option.

  • Select No comparison to hide the change figures.

Each tile then shows the change in percent and the comparison dates (for example, vs 15 Jul – 13 Aug 2026).

Why are some increases red and some decreases green?

The color shows whether a change is good or bad, not which way it went. The arrow shows the direction.

Color

Meaning

Green

A favorable change (e.g. revenue per loaded mile going up)

Red

An unfavorable change (e.g. revenue going down, or empty mile share going up)

Grey

A neutral change

Why don't some tiles show a comparison?

Tiles marked as of a date, such as Seated, Open AR and Unbilled revenue, are a snapshot of the current position on that date. They don't add up activity over the period, so they don't change with Period or Compare.

How do I filter the dashboard?

  • Click a filter in the filter bar: Company, Division or Customer.

  • Search for and tick the values you want. The number next to each value shows how many records it has.

  • To remove the selected values from the data instead, tick Exclude.

  • Use Select all or Clear to change the selection quickly.

To filter by something else, click + Add filter and search the list of dimensions. The list includes Planner, Account manager, Driver type, Owner, Lane (state to state), Origin state, Destination state, Length band, Order channel and Revenue source.

How do I see the details behind a tile or chart?

Hover over any tile or chart. Two icons appear in its top-right corner:

  • Expand icon — opens the tile in focus view

  • Three-dot icon (⋯) — opens a menu with Open in focus, Refresh, Explore this data, Export CSV and Export Excel (as shown)

Open in focus

Focus view shows the tile as a larger chart with a table of values underneath. You can change the Measure, Grain, Split by and Top settings, or tick No comparison. Click Close to return to the dashboard. The Total row in focus view covers the whole period. It isn't a sum of the columns.

Explore this data

Explore this data opens the data behind the tile in an editable view marked EXPLORE:

  • Tick the Measures you want to see. Use the search bar to find measures and dimensions.

  • Optionally set a Where condition (for example, only rows greater than a value) and choose how many rows to show with Top.

  • In the Pivot table, use Rows and Columns to choose how the data is grouped.

  • Click Back to return to the dashboard.

Can I sort tables or open a customer from a table?

  • Click a column header, such as Revenue or Total miles, to sort the table by it.

  • Click a customer name in the Customers by revenue table to open that customer's record in a new tab.

  • In the Revenue by division and customer over the period table, use Rows and Columns to change the grouping.

How do I export, print or share a dashboard?

Click the three-dot icon (⋯) next to Data through at the top of the page and select:

  • Copy link — copies a link to the dashboard with your current period, comparison and filters, ready to send to a colleague

  • Export dashboard to Excel — downloads the whole dashboard as an Excel file

  • Print — opens the browser's print window

To export a single tile, use Export CSV or Export Excel (as shown) from that tile's three-dot menu.

When to Contact Support

Reach out to our team if:

  • The Data through date is more than a day or two behind today

  • A figure on a dashboard doesn't match what you see in Orders or Billing for the same period and filters

  • Analytics doesn't appear under Reports, or a dashboard you expect is missing from the list
