Setting up payroll schedule

Setting up payroll is an important part when getting started using 10 Speed TMS - it ensures timely and accurate compensation for employees.

Accessing the setting screen

  • To set up payroll, press on the User icon at the top-right of the screen and select System settings:

  • The settings screen will be presented - press on Payroll:

Adding a new payroll schedule

  • Payroll screen will be presented, create the payroll schedule, by selecting week days for:

    • Start of payroll week;

    • End of payroll week (settlements are going to be generated a day after the selected weekday);

    • Pay date;

  • When the schedule is set, press Save.
