Setting up divisions configuration

A division is an element in the TMS that is used to group certain assets for more efficient operations. It is common for logistics companies to split their operations into smaller regions or tighter workflows and divisions helps with that. It also helps with checking the profitability of each division and making changes accordingly.

Accessing the settings screen

  • To set up divisions, press on the User icon at the top-right of the screen, and select System settings:

  • The settings screen will be presented - press on Divisions:

  • The information about the divisions will be presented:

Adding a new division

  • To add a new division, enter the division name, and press Add division;

Adding a new mapped out division

  • Optionally the division area can be mapped out:

  • When the area is mapped out, press on Add division. The division will be added and will be shown in the existing divisions;

  • To edit the division, press on the pen icon on the existing division and make adjustments needed (change division name, remove division or add/edit/remove the map area):

  • After the adjustments are made click on the green check mark icon.
