Configuring time zones is a practical step to ensure that time-related information remains consistent, even when drivers are in different locations. This consistency prevents confusion and simplifies tasks and scheduling for all system users.
Accessing the settings screen
To set up time zone, press on the User icon at the top-right of the screen and select System settings:
The settings screen will be presented - press on Time zone:
The information about time zone will be presented:
Adding a new time zone
Select the time zone in which the company is operating and press Save.
Then refresh the TMS webpage - the time zone will be saved and set for all of the users in the company.
