Destinations represent address information used by shippers and receivers. When planning the trip, the destination address information will pop up for a quick entry, streamlining the order creation process.
When creating a new destination asset firstly, make sure that destinations create permission is enabled. This guarantees that users have the necessary access rights to initiate the asset creation process within the system. If permissions are not granted, ask your company admin for assistance.
Accessing Destination assets
To manage these assets, firstly go to Assets and then select Destinations:
The number 203 near the Destinations indicates how many destination assets there are at the moment;
Destinations window will be shown, where the current destinations will be visible:
Adding a new destination
To add a new destination press on Add destination at the top of the screen;
A new window will pop up. Here write the initial address information, of the destination:
Then, add the following details:
Name of the destination;
Phone number;
Select Customer from the drop down list;
Optionally add destination tag;
Optionally add Driver Instructions;
When the information is added press on Save;
When adding a new destination, either drop a pin on the map for automatic address entry or enter the address manually, and a pin will mark the address location.
Viewing the destination asset
To view the details of created destination press on the magnifying glass icon:
Detailed information will be visible:
To view notes, press on the notes icon on the specific destination. The notes about the destination will be presented:
To see reviews, simply click on the review icon, and the star rating for the destination will be shown. The reviews are added by the drivers when the order legs are delivered/picked up. To see who reviewed the destination press on View reviewers:
To add tags just press on tags icon and select tags needed;
