Setting up notes can ensure that notes are added into the right folders for the easier information management.
Accessing the settings screen
To access the notes settings, press on the User icon at the top-right of the screen, and select System settings:
The settings screen will be presented, select Configuration and press on Notes:
Adding the folders and editing notes information
When pressed on notes - the screen will show up, where it can be edited and new folders can be added:
Firstly select the category:
Company;
Customer;
Driver;
Order;
Owner;
Trailer;
Truck;
To create a new folder, press on Create New Folder, enter the folder name and press check mark;
Folders can be turned on and off if needed, by pressing on the slider:
To delete the folder press on the bin icon;
Using the notes
The folder will be created and will be shown when adding notes:
To add notes, press on the plus icon, add note and press the check mark:
