Setting up notes

Setting up notes can ensure that notes are added into the right folders for the easier information management.

Accessing the settings screen

  • To access the notes settings, press on the User icon at the top-right of the screen, and select System settings:

  • The settings screen will be presented, select Configuration and press on Notes:

Adding the folders and editing notes information

  • When pressed on notes - the screen will show up, where it can be edited and new folders can be added:

  • Firstly select the category:

    • Company;

    • Customer;

    • Driver;

    • Order;

    • Owner;

    • Trailer;

    • Truck;

  • To create a new folder, press on Create New Folder, enter the folder name and press check mark;

  • Folders can be turned on and off if needed, by pressing on the slider:

  • To delete the folder press on the bin icon;

Using the notes

  • The folder will be created and will be shown when adding notes:

  • To add notes, press on the plus icon, add note and press the check mark:
