Accessing, viewing and managing equipment safety

Equipment safety dashboard helps to keep track of the equipment safety - trucks and trailers inspections and maintenance.

Accessing the dashboard

  • To access the dashboard press on Safety and select Equipment:

  • The equipment safety dashboard will be presented:

Viewing and managing the equipment safety

  • On the top of the screen filters can be applied. If needed to make the equipment safety management easier, select the filters;

  • On the top of the screen, select if Trucks or Trailers has to be presented in the dashboard, by pressing on the corresponding button;

  • To view the detailed information about the truck/trailer, press on the specific one:

  • To edit the details press on the pen icon on the specific information tab;

  • On the bottom of the screen truck/trailer status can be selected:

    • Active;

    • Inactive;

    • In the shop;

    • In the shop on the road;

    • At home;

    • Terminated;

    • Abandoned;

  • To view the logs - press on Logs on the bottom of the screen.

Truck profile

  • To access the truck profile press on the red search icon. Firstly, the general information will be presented:

  • To edit the information press on the pen icon;

  • To view deadhead information press on the Deadhead tab. More information about deadheads can be found here:

  • To view maintenance information press on the Maintenance tab:

  • To view imaging press on the Imaging tab:

  • To add imaging press on the Plus icon and add the document;

  • To view notes press on the Notes tab:

  • To add notes press on the Plus icon;

  • To view timeline press on Timeline:

Trailer profile

  • To access trailer profile press on the blue search icon on a specific trailer;

  • The information about the trailer will be presented:
