Customizing imaging can make the imaging management easier - documents can be sorted in folders and it can be placed into a specific category.
Accessing the settings screen
To customize the imaging, press on the User icon at the top-right of the screen, and select system settings:
The settings screen will be presented, select Configuration and press on Imaging:

When pressed on Imaging - the screen will show up with the categories on the left. On the right, the imaging folders and types will be presented. They can be added, edited or removed in that screen:
Firstly select the category:
Agent;
Company;
Customer;
Driver;
Legs;
Order;
Owner;
Trailer;
Transaction;
To create a new imaging folder, press on Create New Folder and enter the folder name by pressing on the pen icon;
Then select the imaging type to be added in the folder:
Select the types that your company uses, by pressing on the slider:
To add a new type of imaging document, press on Add type and press on the pen icon. Enter the name of the type:
There is an option to Allow unlimited uploads. To turn this function on, check the box near the pen icon. Unlimited uploads are usually used for document types that reoccur from time to time and the asset/order is going to have multiple document versions.
After adding the details, press on Save on the top of the screen.
Using the customized imaging
When the customization is saved, the imaging will be shown according to the category in which it was customized;
For example, the company imaging was edited - therefore the imaging types will be shown under the company asset;
The folders will be visible on the left side of the screen:
The imaging types will be visible on the right side of the screen, when the plus icon is pressed:
To add a document select the imaging type and press on it. Then select the document for upload, the document will be uploaded and shown:
