Dispatch board in 10 Speed TMS is used for informing/communicating with drivers, checking driver jobs, and other order related information. It helps to organize and keep the information in one place.
Accessing the dashboard
To access the dashboard, press on the planning, then select dispatch:
The dispatch board will be presented, with dispatched, or planned orders:
More information can be accessed by pressing on the specific order:
General tab
Under the general tab, general information about the order and the driver will be presented:
Order number;
Leg status information, more information about leg stop status can be found here.
Information about the driver is presented:
Hour of service;
Last GPS location;
Miles to destination;
Manager;
Driver mood;
Driver performance;
Jobs tab
Under the jobs tab, information about the most recent driver job will is presented:
The in progress tab is presented - information about the leg which is in progress will is presented;
Preplanned tab - information about preplanned leg is presented;

Under the calendar tab, driver calendar with orders and their timeline is presented:
Notes tab
Under the notes tab, driver and order notes will be presented:
History tab
Under the history tab, all dispatch history is presented;
Date can be selected on the top-right side of the screen:
HOS tab
HOS or Hours of service - this represents the hours of when the the driver was driving.
If the HOS screen is empty, that means that the driver is not connected to Samsara. Only drivers' who are connected to Samsara information will be presented under the HOS tab;
To connect driver to Samsara press on Open Samsara and follow the necessary steps;
