Leg status is changing automatically according to the stage in which the leg is at the specific moment.
Leg status information
The leg status information can be viewed by pressing on leg when managing orders. Status information will be visible in both general and route tabs;
When the new order is added leg status will be presented as unplanned:
When the assets (truck and driver pair) are added, the leg status will change to Preplanned:
The leg has to be dispatched in the planning stage, when the leg is dispatched the leg status will change to Notified:
When the driver accepts the leg, status of the leg will change to committed:
When the driver starts the leg the delivery process is started and the status of the leg is changed to In Transit;
After the driver arrives at the leg stop the status of the leg changes to At Origin:
The driver then has to to enter load details information and bill of lading;
When the information is added the Leg stop status is changed to Serviced:
When the driver has finished all of his paperwork and loading at the stop, he drives away. The order status is changed to Completed (managed by the driver in the app). After the driver leaves the stop, the leg status is changed to In Transit:
The driver has to arrive to another stop and repeat the same process again;
When the driver arrives to the delivery stop the status of the leg stop changes to At Destination:
After all paperwork and unloading is done, the leg status is changed to Serviced.
As it was the last stop of the leg, the driver leaves the stop and the status is changed to Completed:
Cancelling the leg
The Leg stop can be cancelled, as of now, there is no option to delete the leg. To cancel the leg dispatch screen needs to be opened:
Select a leg, and press on Route, then press on the three-dot icon and select Cancel Leg:
After pressing on it, the leg will be canceled and the status will be changed to cancelled:
