Overview

You can view or change the customer assigned to any existing order directly from the order management screen β€” without having to recreate the order.

Quick Answer: Open the order, click the pen icon in the Customer details section, select a different customer, and click Save.

How to edit the customer on an order

  1. Click Orders in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select the order you want to update.

  3. Open the Customer details tab on the right side of the screen.

  4. Click the pen icon to open the edit window.

  5. Click the Customer field and select a different customer from the dropdown.

  6. Click Save.

When to Contact Support

  • The customer you need isn't appearing in the dropdown and can't be added through the form

  • You saved a customer change but the order is still showing the old customer
