Overview
You can send a message to any driver directly from the TMS — as a push notification in the driver app, an SMS, or an email. Use this when you need to flag an issue, share instructions, or send a general note.
Quick Answer: Go to Assets → Drivers, select a driver, click the phone icon, write your message, choose a delivery method, and click Save.

How to send a notification
Click Assets in the left navigation menu and select Drivers.
Find the driver you want to message and click the phone icon next to their name.
Type your message in the text field.
Select the delivery method:
App notification — sent as a push notification to the driver's 10 Speed mobile app
SMS — sent as a text message to the driver's phone number on file
Email — sent to the driver's email address on file
Click Save. The message is sent immediately using the method you selected.
When to Contact Support
Reach out to our team if:
A driver is not receiving notifications despite a valid phone number or email on file.
