Logging to the driver app using phone number or email

This article will guide through the process of accessing the 10 Speed driver app.

  • How to download the app can be found here.

  • To access the driver app, firstly the driver has to log in to the app.

  • To login you will need an account. If you don't have an account - contact your company's fleet manager or dispatcher.

  • Drivers can log in into the driver app using two methods:

    • Email or Phone number;

If, for example, the driver cannot login using their phone number, we would encourage to use the alternative - email address and vise versa.

  • When pressing on use your email, a new window will pop up where email address needs to be entered:

  • When pressing on use your phone number, a new window will pop up where phone number needs to be entered;

    • Select the country and enter the phone number;

    • After entering the phone number press SUBMIT:

  • An SMS or an email with the verification code will be sent to the phone number. Enter the verification code and press SUBMIT:

If the code doesn't appear in your mailbox after one minute, please review spam/junk mailboxes.

  • Once the verification code is entered the driver will be logged in and ready to access the driver app.

  • If the phone number is not added in the TMS or the wrong phone number was entered, this window will be displayed:

  • For assistance with this matter, reach out to your manager and confirm whether the phone number has been accurately added.

  • Additionally, please double-check to ensure the phone number has been entered correctly.
