This article will guide through the process of accessing the 10 Speed driver app.

To access the driver app, firstly the driver has to log in to the app.
To login you will need an account. If you don't have an account - contact your company's fleet manager or dispatcher.
Drivers can log in into the driver app using two methods:
Email or Phone number;
If, for example, the driver cannot login using their phone number, we would encourage to use the alternative - email address and vise versa.
When pressing on use your email, a new window will pop up where email address needs to be entered:
When pressing on use your phone number, a new window will pop up where phone number needs to be entered;
Select the country and enter the phone number;
After entering the phone number press SUBMIT:
An SMS or an email with the verification code will be sent to the phone number. Enter the verification code and press SUBMIT:
If the code doesn't appear in your mailbox after one minute, please review spam/junk mailboxes.
Once the verification code is entered the driver will be logged in and ready to access the driver app.
If the phone number is not added in the TMS or the wrong phone number was entered, this window will be displayed:
For assistance with this matter, reach out to your manager and confirm whether the phone number has been accurately added.
Additionally, please double-check to ensure the phone number has been entered correctly.
