Driver profile in the driver app

Driver profile information in the 10 Speed driver app

Drivers can check their profile and other essential information when clicking on the person icon in the driver app.

Basic driver profile information

  • Upon pressing on the icon driver's basic information will be visible:

    • Driver's profile picture;

      • To add a photo press on the camera icon. A new window will pop up with camera roll. Select a photo to add and click on it.

    • Driver's name and surname;

    • Phone number;

    • Email;

  • More detailed information about driver can be accessed:

    • Truck;

    • Company name;

    • Driver's moods;

    • Problem reporting;

    • Sign out tab;

Truck information

  • If further information about truck is needed press on the Truck tab. New information about the truck will be presented:

Company information

  • If information about the company is needed it can be accessed by pressing on company tab:

Mood tracking

  • Mood tracking helps both drivers and managers to measure the driver's current mood and to ensure consistent satisfaction in each shift. More information on driver's moods can be accessed here.

Problem reporting

  • Problem reporting. If The driver is facing any issues, these can be reported. There are two options when reporting or giving feedback to the company or app:

    • Company issue

    • App issue

  • To report a company issue firstly select what kind of issue is faced and press on the corresponding icon:

  • After entering the briefly described issue, press on REPORT. The issue will be reported and shown accordingly to the responsible department in the company:

  • The same can be done with app issue reporting. That means that drivers can give feedback to 10 Speed developers team if there is a certain concern or issue. Press on the App issue button and briefly describe the issue faced. The feedback will be directly sent to 10Speed team, we will investigate it as soon as possible:

  • As of now, there is no option to directly contact customer support from the 10 Speed driver app. Our team is working on that.
