Stop status information is presented when selecting order. It shows the status of the stop when the leg is delivered.
Accessing the stop status
To access the stop status information, go to Orders:
Select an order and press on Route:
Select the leg, and press on it, the stop status is presented under the status bar:
Explaining the stop status
The stop status changes automatically, when the driver is processing the leg. However, if the driver cannot change the status it can be changed manually.
To change the status manually, press on the status and select accordingly:
Pending stop status - means that the driver has not started driving to the stop.
In transit stop status - means that the driver is in transit to the stop;
Arrived stop status - means that driver has arrived to the stop;
Loaded stop status - means that the driver has arrived at the stop, and the shipment is has been loaded;
Serviced stop status - means that the driver added all necessary documents, like POD and Lumper receipt.
Completed stop status - means that the driver has fulfilled all his duties and left the stop;
Cancelled stop status - means that the stop was cancelled and it won't be delivered.
