Stop status information is presented when selecting order. It shows the status of the stop when the leg is delivered.

Accessing the stop status

  • To access the stop status information, go to Orders:

  • Select an order and press on Route:

  • Select the leg, and press on it, the stop status is presented under the status bar:

Explaining the stop status

  • The stop status changes automatically, when the driver is processing the leg. However, if the driver cannot change the status it can be changed manually.

  • To change the status manually, press on the status and select accordingly:

    • Pending stop status - means that the driver has not started driving to the stop.

    • In transit stop status - means that the driver is in transit to the stop;

    • Arrived stop status - means that driver has arrived to the stop;

    • Loaded stop status - means that the driver has arrived at the stop, and the shipment is has been loaded;

    • Serviced stop status - means that the driver added all necessary documents, like POD and Lumper receipt.

    • Completed stop status - means that the driver has fulfilled all his duties and left the stop;

    • Cancelled stop status - means that the stop was cancelled and it won't be delivered.
