After the leg/order is dispatched it will be shown to the driver in the driver's app. The driver will be immediately notified when the order/leg is dispatched. More information about driver app notifications and further tips can be found here.
App interface
The 10 Speed driver app is designed to streamline the entire process and prompt users for necessary actions during shipment, such as providing trailer photos, seal photos, and bill of lading/pod photos during the delivery steps. The driver is informed about every step so it is mostly straightforward - without completing one step, another cannot be started.
Accepting the order/leg
When the leg/order is dispatched it will instantly be shown to the driver in the app. The driver has to either accept or reject the leg/order.
If the driver rejects the leg/order its status will change to Rejected in TMS. The driver manager has two options to dispatch the order again or to force commit the order to the driver.
If the driver accepts the order, it will be shown in the accepted tab in the app (multiple legs/orders can be accepted at the time):
Starting the order
When the driver is starting the delivery, the leg/order needs to be selected and START YOUR ORDER should be pressed.
When the leg/order is started it will show up under the IN PROGRESS tab:
Arriving at the stop
After arriving at the stop, the driver has to press on the address information. Then, a new window will pop up, where the driver has to press ARRIVED AT THE STOP:
The driver has to confirm the arrival by pressing CONFIRM:
Uploading the paperwork
After confirming the arrival the paperwork has to be uploaded;
Firstly load information has to be uploaded:
Pallets;
Weight;
Pieces (optional);
Seal number (if the load has one);
Pictures of the load (optional);
When the information is entered the driver has to press CONTINUE.
Bill of lading has to be uploaded in the next window:
When pressing on UPLOAD BILL OF LADING camera will be opened and the document scanner will be launched. The driver has to scan the BOL with the signature:
When the documents are scanned the driver has to upload them:
Leaving the stop
When the documents are uploaded and the driver is leaving the stop, the driver has to press LEAVING THE STOP:
The same steps have to be followed upon arriving at the next stops;
After the steps are completed, the order/leg will be completed:

When the leg/order is completed it will be shown under the COMPLETED tab with other completed orders:
