Area configuration is necessary when planning orders. By adding area configuration the planning stage is simplified. A set area can later be used as an order filter in the planning phase.
Accessing the settings screen
Configuration window can be accessed by pressing the User icon at the top-right of the screen, and select System settings:
When pressing on it, new window will pop up - select Configuration:
Press Areas:
New area can be added by pressing on Add area;
Drawing a new area
A map will open up where the area can be drawn. Firstly, write the area name:
To draw the area select the drawing tool and start drawing the area needed:
When finished drawing press on finish. If a mistake occurred the last point can be deleted or edited:
After drawing the area, press on Add Area. The new area will appear in the existing area list;
Selecting from preset areas
There is an option to choose from Preset Areas (usually the preset areas are the states), click on Preset Areas and choose an area from the drop down list:
After pressing on the preset area, it will appear on the map:
Press Add Area - it will be added and saved. The area will appear in the list of existing areas.
