If there are questions that arise when using 10 Speed TMS, we are here to help you. This article will explain how to get answers to your questions.
How to proceed if there is an inquiry?
If there is a problem or a question about the TMS that you, or your team member would like to ask, you can look for an answer in the help center or contact us. To do it, use the help center widget located on the bottom right corner of the screen in the TMS:

Home tab
When clicked on the widget, the Home section will be shown:
Search for help
Firstly, we suggest using Search for help function. Most of the general questions or use cases are covered there in the articles. Moreover, for an easier navigation, the articles are grouped by the category:
Select the category:
Planning;
Dispatch;
Orders;
Assets;
Billing;
Mobile app;
Safety;
Settings;
Getting started;
From the category, select a use-case or a question that could potentially solve your inquiry, in this example the user had a question on how to add a stop to the leg:
Start a conversation
If the article isn't providing the information you need, feel free to get in touch with us by sending a message. Click on Start a conversation and start typing your question:
The inquiry firstly will be answered by our AI-powered chatbot Fin.
If Fin answered the question, press on the That answered my question. In that case, the conversation will end.
If Fin is unable to assist, you can opt to start a conversation with a human by pressing Talk to a person. 10 Speed customer support representative will respond to your queries promptly:
Messages tab
When pressed on Messages tab on the bottom of the screen, the most recent messages will be shown;
You can access the conversation by clicking on it: [new screen]
To write a new message press on Start a conversation, then start typing your message:

Under the Help tab, all help center articles will be shown. At the top of the widget, the articles can be searched. Moreover, articles are grouped by a category to make it easier to find the specific article:
