The Assets report shows how your trucks, drivers and trailers change over time: how many are unassigned, how they're split between your companies, and how many are in each status. Use it to spot trends in fleet size and availability.

Where do I find the Assets report?
Click Reports in the left navigation menu.
Select Assets.
Reports → Assets is a different page from Reports → Dashboards → Assets. This article covers the first one.
What does the report show?
The report has three sections: Trucks, Drivers and Trailers. Each section has its own charts:

How do I change the time period?
Each section has four buttons in its top-right corner:
W — weekly (the default)
M — monthly
Q — quarterly
Y — yearly
Click a button and the charts in that section update. The selected button is highlighted in blue. Each section has its own buttons. Switching Trucks to M doesn't change the Drivers or Trailers sections.
How do I see the exact numbers?
Hover your mouse over a point or bar in any chart. A box appears with the period (for example, Week 33) and the value for each series.
How do I see the numbers for each company?
Hover over the Company drivers chart in any section. The box lists every company with its count for that period, for example E Logistics: 6.
Why is there a separate Misc. Statuses chart?
Active usually has far more trucks or drivers than any other status, so the smaller statuses look almost flat on the main Statuses chart. Misc. Statuses shows them on their own scale so you can see changes in Pending, Inactive or Vacation more clearly.
Why is a chart empty?
A chart is empty when there's no data for that asset type in the selected period, for example if no trailer status changes were recorded. Try another time view (M, Q or Y) to check a longer period.
