To keep track of the insurance and permits all of the information is stored in Insurance & Permits dashboard.
Accessing the dashboard
To access the dashboard press on Safety and select Insurance & Permits:
Insurance and permits information will be presented:
Basic information about the insurance and permits will be presented:
Insurance type;
Company;
Policy number;
Expiration date;
To see the insurance document press on the blue search icon - the document will be presented in a new window;
Adding the insurance
To add the insurance go to company assets. More information on how to access the assets window can be found here.
To add a new insurance, press on the imaging icon on a specific company:
A new window will pop up where - to add insurance select insurance folder and press on the plus icon;
Select the document type:
Automobile liability;
Excess liability;
General liability;
Motor truck cargo;
Occupational accident;
SCAC certificate;
Umbrella liability;
Workers' compensation;
After selecting the insurance type, enter the insurance policy number and expiration date:
When the information is added it will be presented in the Insurance & Permits tab.
