Accessing and adding new insurance and permits

To keep track of the insurance and permits all of the information is stored in Insurance & Permits dashboard.

Accessing the dashboard

  • To access the dashboard press on Safety and select Insurance & Permits:

  • Insurance and permits information will be presented:

  • Basic information about the insurance and permits will be presented:

    • Insurance type;

    • Company;

    • Policy number;

    • Expiration date;

  • To see the insurance document press on the blue search icon - the document will be presented in a new window;

Adding the insurance

  • To add the insurance go to company assets. More information on how to access the assets window can be found here.

  • To add a new insurance, press on the imaging icon on a specific company:

  • A new window will pop up where - to add insurance select insurance folder and press on the plus icon;

  • Select the document type:

    • Automobile liability;

    • Excess liability;

    • General liability;

    • Motor truck cargo;

    • Occupational accident;

    • SCAC certificate;

    • Umbrella liability;

    • Workers' compensation;

  • After selecting the insurance type, enter the insurance policy number and expiration date:

  • When the information is added it will be presented in the Insurance & Permits tab.
