Appointment days and times are used to make sure that the order is delivered or picked up on time.

  • Appointment day/time is added when creating an order. More information on how to add appointment time can be found here.

  • When the appointment day/time is set, the driver has to deliver or pick up the order on the set time, if the appointment day/time is a range the delivery or pick up can be done during the set range;

  • Comments can be added to each destination, allowing for additional notes. Additionally, the opening times of each pickup/delivery location can be recorded. This information can be used to set appointment times if they are not specified in the rate confirmation document.

Accessing appointment day/time

  • The appointment day/time can be seen in the dispatch screen. To access dispatch screen press on planning in the left side of the screen:

  • New information will be visible. The appointment day/time can be seen under the Appointment column:

  • Appointment day/time is shown according to the first uncompleted delivery or pick up stop. If all delivery or pickup stops in the leg are completed, the appointment time is set from the first uncompleted additional stop, if there is such in the leg.

Appointment alerts

  • There are alerts when the driver won't be able to complete the order on appointed day/time.

  • If there is red alert, that means that the driver is late. Red alert is activated if the driver is at least one minute late. Alerts can be visible in the dispatch stage:

  • Yellow alert shows up when the driver appointment time is within an hour from estimated time of delivery:
